Reservation Consultant Role

We are looking for a reservation consultant at our Ottawa office (in-person)
As a Reservations Agent, you will work closely with our Sales Consultants and manage the reservation process to uphold our high standards of service. Your role is to guide customers with professionalism, empathy, and expert product knowledge to ensure their journey is seamless — from choosing their dream adventure to the moment they depart.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage bookings via our reservation system, including payments, amendments and documentation
- Maintain client data into our platform
- Reserve travel services with our local offices
- Answer clients' questions about their upcoming trip
- Create travel vouchers
Qualifications and Skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational ability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously as well as working collaboratively in a team environment
- A friendly and professional manner, with a genuine love of travel
- Passionate traveller with insight into adventure travel (include where you have travelled in your application)
- Experience working in a licensed travel agency or tour operator
