Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Entry is open to Australian, New Zealand, Canadian, United States, European Union and UK residents aged 18 years or over who subscribe to the UTracks e-newsletter during the promotional period. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and agents associated with this promotion are ineligible.
3. To enter, entrants must subscribe to the UTracks e-newsletter at www.utracks.com.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms and Conditions.
5. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
6. Promotion commences on 22/01/2026 and entries close at 12.00pm AEST on 7/12/2026. The draw will take place at UTracks, Level 2 / 55 York St Sydney NSW 2000 on 08/12/26 at 11.00am AEST. The winner will be notified by email or telephone and announced in the December UTracks newsletter and website. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. The prize consists of one UTracks active travel voucher valued at up to $3,000 USD, redeemable on one tour in 2027 for up to two travellers sharing twin accommodation. Inclusions are as per the selected tour’s trip notes. Any remaining value cannot be redeemed for cash or used towards a second tour.
8. Travel must take place between 1 January 2027 and 31 December 2027 and is subject to availability. The prize cannot be changed once the booking is confirmed.
9. Prize redemption must be made directly with UTracks. A booking form and any required health declarations must be completed, and participants must meet the fitness requirements of the chosen trip.
10. The prize excludes flights, taxes, visas, travel insurance, pre- or post-tour accommodation, transfers outside the itinerary, and any other costs not specified in the trip notes.
11. The prize winner is responsible for all personal expenses including spending money, insurance, transport to and from the departure point, drinks, meals (unless specified), personal equipment and other ancillary costs.
12. The prize winner agrees to provide one blog article and a minimum of five images for use on UTracks’ marketing and social channels.
13. The prize is not transferable, cannot be used in conjunction with other offers and cannot be redeemed for cash.
14. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
15. If the prize or any part of it becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
16. If the prize is unclaimed within six weeks of the draw, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted on 31/01/27 at 11.00am AEST. The winner will be notified and announced in the February UTracks newsletter and website.
17. Except where liability cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury arising from acceptance of the prize.
