Walk Through Fire: A Camino de Santiago Documentary

 
Settle in and watch the inspiring documentary 'Walk Through Fire', a personal journey about Stefanie Hurtado's walk along the full Spanish Camino. It was all filmed and directed by Stefanie in an impressive one-woman team. 
 
This documentary was recommended to us by Jaclyn, one of UTracks' experts on the Camino de Santiago.
 
While Stefanie walks the Camino independently, on a self-guided tour with UTracks, pilgrims get the benefit of pre-booked comfortable accommodation (no dorms!), daily luggage transfers that allow you to walk with just the bare essentials, a 24 hour support line in English, and route notes and a navigation app to ensure you stay on track.

My second Camino Frances, from SJPP to Finisterre, in honor of my Dad ❤️ This was a very personal journey for me—I was hesitant to share beyond friends and family, because it feels so vulnerable. I am a professional videographer in NYC, but this is unlike anything I've ever made before 😅 I left behind my professional equipment---everything was filmed on my iPhone or small Sony camera. I walked alone this time, with just a 34 liter backpack and Chacos sandals. 

The people in this video are SO precious to me. The lessons they shared have been invaluable. I hope you find value in them, too. I hope their spirits shine through. I hope this either reminds you of your own Camino, so you can keep the Camino spirit alive in real life, or that it inspires you to do your own 💙 The Camino de Santiago really is a life changing experience, and so far, the best of my life 💜
