With the unprecedented coronavirus crisis rapidly changing circumstances around the world, we thank all our travellers for their patience as we work through communications prioritizing affected passengers who are currently in the field and who were imminently due to depart. 

We ask at this time rather than call our offices, to put your communication in an email to us, and we are doing our best to respond to them as quickly as we can.

All departures after 15 May 2020 are currently operational and will be reviewed in due course and as the situation requires. 

With trips departing up until 30 April that were announced as inoperable on 16 March, all affected passengers have now been contacted.  We will commence communications from today for all passengers travelling up to 15 May 2020. 

For departures from 16 May until 31 July, if you would like to transfer your booking, please notify us in writing after which time the transfer will take effect and your funds will be held as a credit for the same trip commencing within 12 months after your original departure date. Our standard transfer fee will be waived in this instance.

For departures after 31 July, we recommend you hold off on making a decision at this time.
