Mountain refuges and charming gîtes provide a relaxing respite at the end of your day's trek. DAY 1 Walk from Chamonix Valley to Trient in Switzerland (6hrs) DAY 2 Trient to Champex (6hrs) DAY 3 Walk through the Valais des Hommes to La Fouly (6hrs) DAY 4 Walk across the Grand Col Ferret path into Italy (6hrs) DAY 5 Walk and bus transfer to Veni Valley (6hrs) DAY 6 Over the Seigne mountain path into France (7hrs) DAY 7 Cross the Contamines Natural Reserve to Contamines (5hrs) DAY 8 Continue to Les Houches, trip concludes (6hrs)
