Our team at UTracks is passionate about Europe, adventure, travel and - of course - delivering exceptional service. And if there's one thing that binds us, it's both the personal and professional travel experience each of us bring to the company. Combined, we've travelled to virtually every corner of the world (many times) and bring a multidisciplined, multicultured and whole-hearted love of all things travel.
While based in Australia, UTracks has a global presence through World Expeditions, our worldwide agents. UTracks is a wholly owned division of World Expeditions who have offices in Ottawa and Montreal in Canada, Auckland in New Zealand and London in the United Kingdom. Below, meet some of our team.
 

Sue Badyari - CEO
Sue has been part of our team since 1986. Her love for adventure travel is reflected in what is now recognised as one of the worlds leading adventure travel programs. Sue’s enthusiasm for responsible travel has seen her forge fundraising initiatives for many Australian charities, while in 2005 she developed the companies' inaugural Community Project Travel program. When not desk bound she returns regularly to Asia, the Himalaya and South America. 
Kate Baker - Utracks General Manager
Kate has travelled widely across Europe, scouring every corner to ensure our UTracks program stays at the cutting edge of active European travel. There are simply too many countries to list, but her personal favourites are France, Italy, Turkey and Slovenia. In her previous role Kate spent three years in London establishing our UK office before returning to Sydney. Her adventure CV includes trekking in the Himalaya, the Andes, Europe, Africa and Patagonia, cycling in China & France, touring the Silk Road and cruises in both the Arctic and Antarctic. 
Philip Wyndham - Industry Marketing
Phil’s travels have taken him far and wide, including Poland, the Czech Republic, Canada, India, Vietnam, China and Thailand. He has a particular affinity for the Himalaya where he has trekked in Nepal and Sikkim, taught English in a school in Nepal and most recently returned from a trek in the Garwhal Region of India, near Nanda Devi.
Brad Atwal - Brand Marketing Manager
Brad's travel portfolio in Europe includes walking in the Cinque Terre & Iceland, sailing the Greek Islands and exploring England, Spain and Holland. He's has also travelled to Mongolia, India, Tibet, Pakistan, China, Vietnam, Nepal, the Arctic, rafted the Franklin River, and trekked the Larapinta Trail. Brad has a strong knowledge of UTracks and all the World Expeditions companies, having worked in the Australian, San Franciso and London offices over the last decade.

Efti Poulos - UTracks Reservations
Efti has called Europe her second home since birth, with Greece being a heavy influence in her travels and life. Since 2007, she has visited many countries including France, Monaco, Italy, Croatia, Spain, Gibraltar, England, Scotland, Austria, Switzerland, Germany, Lichtenstein, Poland, Russia, Belarus, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Holland and Czech Republic. Fluent in Greek, Efti graduated in first place in her tourism course at TAFE in 2012.
Scott Pinnegar - National Sales Manager
Scott's infectious enthusiasm for adventure travel is obvious with journeys to remote regions like China's Yunnan and Sichuan provinces and Northern Cambodia. His extensive experience in the travel industry includes climbing Kilimanjaro, treks in South America and Nepal and many journeys through Vietnam and South East Asia. He has most recently returned from a trip to Antarctica, something he describes as a 'must do' for any adventure traveller.
Rachel Imber - Projects
Rachel has a diverse travel repertoire including escorting our Trans Siberian Naadam journey, treks to Nepal, South America, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, China and East Africa, together with a voyage to the Antarctic. In 2010 , Rachel joined our Jordan & Syria Explorer and returned raving about the rich culture and friendly people of the Middle East. Most recently she undertook a journey through Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan to absorb the rich history of the old Silk Road trading routes. Rachel also has a keen interest in our UTracks program having undertaken trips to France, Italy, Greece, Croatia, Slovenia and Spain.
Ben Ollington - IT Manager
Ben is our Information Technology ‘guru’ who has been responsible for the establishment of our website although he has regularly moved beyond virtual reality with adventures in Europe, Morocco, Nepal and a recent cruise in Antarctica.
Ian Williams - Victoria Schools Coordinator
Ian has often been referred to as a travel encyclopaedia. With over 30 years of adventure travelling to over 50 destinations to his credit, Ian is ideally suited to advising our private groups. Ian's on-going work with local people on philanthropic programs adds a vital dimension to the trips. 
Kylie Turner - Adventure Travel Consultant
Having travelled extensively through Europe, North, Central & South America, Indonesia, South East Asia & Japan, Kylie has definitely been bitten by the travel bug! She also lived in Scotland for 2 years before continuing the adventure with a ski season on the Canadian slopes. 
Pam Drummond - Queensland Manager
Pam has travelled throughout the UK and Europe by train, knows New Zealand inside out having grown up there. Pam made the most of having the Pacific Islands on her doorstep in New Zealand and has she's been to South East Asia many times. She has travelled in North America and the Middle East and has travelled overland in East Africa and experienced the wonder of the mountain gorillas in Uganda - truly a once in a lifetime experience! Some of her favourite countries include Jordan, Thailand and Laos. Pam travelled to Nepal to take part in our Sanjiwani Public Health Mission Community Project in October 2011 and found the experience of 'voluntourism' very heart-warming and encourages anyone considering this type of holiday to do it! In September 2012 Pam is escorting a group of World Expeditions travellers on the Trans Siberian Explorer crossing the borders of China, Mongolia and Russia.
Learna Cale - WA Sales Manager
I have just returned from Antarctica and am very lucky to be able to say I have now travelled to all 7 continents! My next adventure will be an African Safari in July and I can’t wait to explore the amazing parks and experience the culture and people.

Kerren Knighton - Adventure Travel Consultant
Kerren comes to World Expeditions wtih a wealth of adventure knowledge. Kerren guided throughout the Middle East, India & Turkey for three years leading small adventure groups and these regions are certainly a passion of hers. She has travelled extensively including visits to Kenya, Zimbabwe, Malawi & South Africa. Kerren also raves about her time spent in Thailand, Borneo and China. Kerren has travelled to Nepal on our Annapurna Machapuchare and has enjoyed the beautiful wildlife of the Galapagos Islands & Ecuador. 
Nadine Noël - Adventure Travel Consultant
Nadine has a passion for big mountains. After trekking in Nepal and climbing Kilimanjaro, she has now undertaken an ascent of the highest peaks of the Andes, Aconcagua in Argentina.
Véronique Pépin - Regional Manager
Native from France, Veronique went through France, Europe and North Africa. Then her taste for adventure brought her to the Middle East where she felt in love with this region forgotten by tourism. Explorer of nature, she left two years to go around the world to discover treasures of Asia, Oceania and of Latin America. Her passion for adenturous travels and her interest for cultures are contagious.
Maude Gamache Bastille - Adventure Travel Consultant
It all began with a community project travel in Haiti. Then her passion for languages lead her to quit her homeland to settle in Europe. Always looking for new adventure, she traveled in Asia, from Kazakhstan to Singapore and her last escapade lead her to Central America.
Keri May - Adventure Travel Consultant
Adventure is Keri’s favorite word! Her completed 'bucket list' includes: Zip-lining in Costa Rica and Zambia, camping across Australia and New Zealand, trekking to the rims of volcanoes (Italy, Greece, Indonesia, New Zealand), cycling through the backroads of Rajasthan, skydiving in Namibia, white water rafting on the mighty Zambezi, a microlight flight over Victoria Falls, shark cage diving in South Africa, and scuba diving all over Southeast Asia. She’s more than happy to talk travel and help you plan the adventure of your dreams.
Lisa Delorme - Adventure Travel Consultant
Lisa has a great love for travel and adventure. She has been in the travel industry for over 8 years and has traveled to many destinations including Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Peru, Italy, Belgium, Holland, England, Sweden, Mexico to name a few. She also has a great love for surfing! Lisa will be more than happy to share her travel experiences and help to prepare you for your next adventure.Nathalie Gauthier - Canadian Manager
Nathalie's passion for adventure travel is injectious! Her travels have taken her to Africa, South East Asia, the Himalayas as well as South & Central America. Her depth of experience and wealth of travel knowledge is the driving force behind our French speaking program.
Caroline Mongrain - NA Marketing & PR
With a background in both graphic arts and the travel industry, Caroline decided to put both to work at World Expeditions. She’s organizing events, publicising, editing, translating our expeditions, putting our world into images, just for you!
Doug Lentz - Reservations Manager
Doug is an industry veteran, planning travel since 1986 and our in-house
airfare specialist. His focus is getting you to your chosen destination.
His travels have taken him to Australia, South East Asia, Africa, and
the Middle East.

Nathaniel Wynne - Reservations Consultant
Nathaniel joined our team to share his European travel experience and advice with our World Expeditions and UTracks travellers. An avid cyclist, Nathaniel is often looking for his next challenge and has taken part in several triathlons and long distance charity rides. Having travelled extensively across both Western and Eastern Europe, on foot and by train, Nathaniel is dedicated to sustainable travel. He has also taken part in UTracks' Backroads of Tuscany Cycle and is a bit of an Italian specialist. A new Dad, he is now exploring family trekking and has recently undertaken the challenging UTracks self-guided Austrian Lakes Walk with his wife and daughter.

Gordon Steer - UK Manager
Gordon has a zeal for adventure that inspired him to travel and trek the world’s remote corners including cycling across Tibet, trekking the trails in Peru, Morocco, Ethiopia, Oman, Central America and the Tian Shan, as well as half a dozen treks in Nepal. The Polar regions of Antarctica, the Arctic & Greenland have also been a favourite of Gordon’s. Gordon has been with the company for over a decade.
Nicola Croom - Sales Manager
Nicola lives and breathes adventure. Having travelled around the world for 2 and half years Nicola has exceptional experience and enthusiasm for our style of travel. She is ideally set to chat with you on the phone or by email about all aspects of your travel plans. Her extensive travel adventures have taken her throughout Asia, Africa, Western and Eastern Europe, Australasia, the Galapagos and to the Arctic and Antarctic. Nicola is well placed to answer any of your Polar travel questions.
Victoria Earl - Groups and Charity Coordinator
Vicki left New Zealand 10 years ago to follow her passion for globe trekking. Having lived in Australia, and now the UK, her adventure travels have taken her to Southern Africa, South America, South East Asia, North America, India, and Europe. Her favourite travel hotspots so far? Definitely Jordan, Bolivia, Botswana, trekking the Inca Trail in Peru, and of course her native New Zealand. She loves meeting local people, experiencing new cultures and - when she's not travelling - is usually busy planning her next escape. Vicki has been with World Expeditions for 2 years and top of her bucket-list this year is climbing Kilimanjaro in Tanzania. 
Nathan Drane - Reservations Consultant
Nathan has travelled extensively throughout Asia - his favourite travel destination being Nepal where he spent 6 weeks trekking to Everest Base Camp and the Gokyo Lakes, as well as white water rafting, and Rhino spotting on foot in Chitwan. Aside from Nepal, Nathan has lived and travelled all over South East Asia, climbed Mount Kinabalu, and recently completed World Expeditions' Borneo trip to Sarawak. Nathan loves trekking and plans to move onto mountaineering with the hope of summiting a snow-capped mountain or two in the near future.
