Booking onto a UTracks  holiday is simple. To begin, you will need a copy of our booking form. To download a booking form please click on the 'Booking Form' link on the left. Then, simply complete and send into your nearest UTracks office.

Please ensure that you have read through our Terms and Conditions of Contract carefully before faxing or posting in your signed booking form.

UTracks, as a division of World Expeditions, is a licensed travel agent. We are able to handle every aspect of your booking from issuing travel insurance, assisting with flight reservations, stopovers and other travel related services. Our reservation staff are eager to help so please do not forget to outline any extra arrangements that you may need on your booking form.
